Using state-of-the-art processing systems, PayPro Services was created to provide comprehensive and affordable big business payroll services to small businesses.  PayPro Services was founded by Edgar W. Reece through the venture capital firm Reece Capital Ventures, LLC.  PayPro Services and Reece Capital Ventures, LLC are subsidiaries of ReeceCorp, a diversified international corporation.  Reece Corp. currently operates a number of ventures including technology consulting and management, real estate investments, asset management, venture capital funding, multimedia publishing, and of course, online small business payroll services.

Edgar W. Reece is a former member of the management team for Wells Fargo Bank and founder of PayPro Services.  Mr. Reece has been an entrepreneur since 1995 with the start of his first company, ISN Global Enterprises, Inc. (www.isnglobal.com).  Sharing his expertise with others, Edgar has been key speaker at meetings and conferences for the American Cancer Society, Claremont Coordinating Council, Claremont Chamber of Commerce, and Western University of Health Sciences.  He has also been guest speaker at the semi-annual conference of the Municipal Information Systems Association of California (MISAC).  It was at this event that Mr. Reece followed an introduction that presented him as having an “innate passion for business…a passion for being involved and a heart for reaching out.” 

Edgar has served on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society, California Division and Claremont Chamber of Commerce.  In addition he has served as an Advisory Board member for RGR Publishing Group; Genesis Investments Co.; Key Club International, Claremont; and American Cancer Society, East San Gabriel Valley Unit.  Mr. Reece believes in being a contributing member of the community.  As such, he currently volunteers for the American Cancer Society, California Division, overseeing a number of state level programs; is a member of Kiwanis International; served as the Technology and Operations Chairman for seven years for the City of Claremont Independence Day Celebration; and founded the Edgar W. Reece Foundation.  Currently Mr. Reece serves on the Board of Directors for ReeceCorp, ISN Global Enterprises, Inc., and Reece Capital Ventures, LLC.
